We work hard to ensure the quality and origin/authenticity of everything we sell. There's nothing more important to us than customer satisfaction. We purchase seeds only from highly respected seed breeders and their official distributors, keep seeds in their original packaging (and quantity per package), and provide descriptions directly from each seed's breeder, whenever possible.

All of our products are intended and sold for legal and safe use only, of course. Some seeds, or the plants they can produce, may be toxic, and some may be illegal in various circumstances or areas of the world. Our intention is to provide a reliable, informative and compassionate source of medicinal plant seeds for people who are authorized medical patients / growers / researchers / dealers in accordance with Canadian, and international, law. Any purchase involves a certification by our customer that they have legal authorization to possess what they are buying, as well as an agreement that our customer will not act in conflict with any law. While we aim to provide as much information as possible, it is the responsibility of every customer to avoid any unsafe or improper use.

I have had great success germinating seeds with this recipe.
Keep in mind there are many ways to achieve good results in seed germination.
However this method has never failed me and has given me superb results over the years. an almost 100% success rate for germination - and also a high female to male ratio.

Step 1:

Take 2 dessert plates (one slightly smaller then the other) to use as a germination dish.
Use the larger one as the bottom.
Fold Paper towel 5-6 times into a 5X5 square( or so it fits inside the dish with very little overhang).
Place on the bottom dish.

Step 2:

Obtain some standard bottled natural spring water. I’ve used many popular store brands. Most have a neutral PH of 7 or slightly less. This water works well with very strong results.

Step 3:

Soak the plate and paper towel with the water from step 2.
Split the paper towel in the middle and add your seeds
Make sure they don't touch each other ( to prevent bacteria, mould or fungus).
Cover with the top half of the paper towel.
Pour on a good load of bottled water slowly.
Cover with smaller plate to keep dark.
Hold plates together and drain off excess water.
Set aside at room temperature.

Step 4:

Every day or two check for signs of sprouting.
Don't let the paper towel get dry.
Add more bottled water when needed.
Always drain off excess water.
If seeds are fresh you should see signs of sprouting in 2-3 days.
If seeds are older it may take a bit longer.
Step 5:

Once most seeds have sprouted fill some small pots with soil.
Add some good soil like promix, etc.
Sift or remove by hand any sticks and large clumps, etc.
Add enough bottled water from Step 2 to wet the soil.
Poke a small ½ to 1 inch hole in the soil.
Use clean sterilized tweezers to pick up the seeds.
Add the sprouting seed with the sprouting tail root end facing down.

Step 6:

Top all the seed holes and upper pot area with a bit more wet soil just enough to provide a good cover. Do not pack down too tightly.
Take a spray bottle of the bottled water from Step 2 and gently wet down soil.
Be careful not to disturb the seeds too much -(fine mist).
Place under some florescent lights for 18/6 (lights on 18hrs per day).
Keep soil moist but not soaking wet.
And in a few days you should see more baby plants than you can shake a stick at.
If the seedlings get too tall and lanky- carefully re-pot them again and sink them further into the pot and repack with soil and water again -be gentle.
Good Luck and a Happy harvest!
Regards,
herbman
